Dale Digger
A resident of Nicaragua for over a decade, Dale knows the in's and out's of this entire area from San Juan del Sur to Gigante.
Dale Dagger started the first Real Estate office locally in San Juan del Sur for the Carlos family back in 1998, The Nicaragua Land Company. When Nicaragua Land company was sold Dale started a web based company called Beach Front Realty. It survives today at www.nicaland.com.
Antiestablishment as always, Dale is one of the few real estate agents with out a business card.
" I really don't like to see the words Real Estate and my name so close together", says Dale.
Hell,Dale doesn't even live in the stinking flesh-pit of SJdS. You have to travel North to a whimsical land of white sand beaches and crashing surf to find him.
Look for the hammocks strung under the shade tree on the beach.
